Nicholas (Nick) Chavez

Financial Advisor

Nick is a third-generation financial adviser who’s education in advising began when he was fifteen years old, listening to his grandfather and uncles talk about business. The most important lessons he learned from them were to be honest, be sincere, be ethical, and always put the client first. So long as you do that the results will follow. 
 
Nick has worked with everyone from line workers at the Ford plant in Michigan to Jr. Executives at ATT in California and found that they all want the same thing: peace of mind. As such he’s dedicated himself to taking the stress and worry of finances off of their already full plates so they can focus on what matters to them. 
 
Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending his time outdoors, visiting art museums, and napping with his one-year-old son.

Megan Wells

Financial Advisor

Megan is an experienced financial services professional with a background in the world of banking as well as financial planning.

Megan received a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in 2017. After graduating, she spent 6 years working at Charles Schwab in banking and operations prior to starting her journey into independent registered investment advisory in 2025. She joined Confluent Asset Management in 2026 as a Financial Advisor. She holds her series 7, series 66, series 9 and series 10 licenses in financial services.

Outside of work, Megan loves spending time with friends, family and her dogs. Her hobbies include aerial arts and fitness, visual art, and fashion.

Cole Achtzehn

Marketing Manager

Cole is an experienced marketing professional with a passion for digital marketing and increasing efficiency. Cole earned a degree in marketing from Hastings College in Hastings, NE where he also played college football. Cole has spent the majority of his professional career developing marketing strategies focused around growth and brand exposure. While serving as the Marketing Director and later Head of Sales and Marketing for MAR Companies, a property management company in Scottsdale, AZ, Cole managed and directed all marketing efforts for the entire portfolio of existing clients.

Cole also has marketing agency experience gained while working at IdeaBank Marketing in Hastings, NE, where he contributed to a wide variety of marketing efforts for clients with emphasis in return on investment in digital marketing. Cole possesses crossover experience in sales as well, thanks to responsibilities in previously mentioned roles along with time working for the Thompson LaSalle Allstate Insurance Agency in Phoenix, AZ. Cole joined the Confluent team in 2024.

Operations Manager

Raj is a seasoned Operations Manager with a dynamic career spanning banking, media, and retail. With an MBA in Marketing and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, she brings a strategic and process-driven approach to every challenge.

Before joining the Confluent team, Raj led operations at IndusInd Bank, where she played a crucial role in ensuring smooth banking operations while supporting the sales and advisory teams. Her ability to balance precision with agility made her a key asset in delivering seamless customer experiences. Prior to that, she managed operations for a leading media and news agency, orchestrating high-pressure workflows with finesse.

Raj also honed her expertise in retail operations and inventory management at Walmart, where she mastered the art of logistics, supply chain coordination, and process optimization. Her ability to turn challenges into opportunities has made her an invaluable leader in every role she’s taken on.

Beyond work, Raj is an avid hiker, a passionate home cook, and a music enthusiast who believes that a well-run operation is much like a great recipe; every element needs to come together perfectly!
